I speant $2 on an app that literally doesnt do the one thing i bought it for.. will never show the card balance

While I cant speak to other features, the Presto Card area stopped showing my use and balance two weeks ago and there is no way to adjust the settings forcing me to contact GO and PrestoCard for help. But they keep pointing their fingers in each others direction leaving me without an ability to verify my balance. Absolute poor service! Either fix it or refund the $1.99 we paid for it. In my case, $4 because I gifted this app toy daughter.

This app is so useless. They just copied everything from the site. Its basically another version of safari but for only one site

And after the last update it works well. Have to now try if I can load my Presto Card.

Good app - helps with checking Presto balance when needed. App would be even better if it was upgraded to include being able to add Presto to the iOS Wallet app and thus users would be able to use their phones to tap on and off and would no longer have to carry the actual Presto card. If Canadian banks can adopt ApplePay, then it should be no big deal for Metrolinx to make Presto Wallet-friendly.

This app used to be super glitchy now it is a quick easy way to check my presto balance from my iPhone. Detailed info for transaction history, both ttc taps and go transit taps. Well worth the $1.50 I spent to buy it. I only use the app to check my presto balance / history so cannot comment about the other features.

The design needs to be updated. It looks old and odd. No pay (upload funds) - very useful when you realize theres not funds on your card. For Ottawa: Needs interaction features with OCT So far, I just use it for checking my balance, its faster than using the mobile website. Nothing else than that so far.

Fix the "location Service". Its on but the App doesnt recognize it.
